	* K REYNOLDS HAD SERIOUSELY INJURED CAT RECENTLY. I HAD BEEN ALONG STANDING CUSTOMER AT TOWER VETS. TOOK CAT FOR EMERGENCY TREATMENT AT FULFORD ROAD AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SEEN URGENTLY. WAITED NEARLY ONE HOUR AND WAS NOT SEEN. WHEN I ASKED AT RECEPTION I WAS TOLD THAT THE VET ON WHOS LIST IT WAS (MR N HOWARD)DID KNOW OF RGENCY BUT HAD GONE TO DO OTHER WORK.I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE REMAINING VET WAS BOSY WITH OTHER APPOINTMENTS AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN I WOULD BE SEEN. I THEREFORE LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER VETS WHERE THE CAT WAS SEEN IMMEDIATELY. THIS WAS VERY POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE AND I SHALL NOT USE THIS VETS ANY MORE.... Aug 2, 2008
